Full Safety Check Completed by a Reputable Local Service CentreNew MOT if less than 30 days to run on the current certficateOil and Filter Service if required in less than 4000 milesValetFull Credit Check to Ensure there is no Outstanding Finance on the car (certificated)Full Check to Ensure the Car has Not Been Written Off or Recorded on VCar

Once you have decided on the car you would like to buy the following process will be followed : -

Order Form Completed and a Delivery Date AgreedDeposit Taken to Secure the CarFinance Arranged if RequiredWarranty Offered Final Preparation CompletedFull Payment Made Before the Car is Collected and ReleasedFinance Paperwork Completed Before the Car is Collected and ReleasedYou Drive Away in Yor New Car

Once you have taken delivery of your car Pontillion will maintain a programme of after sales care :-

 

Bi Annual Phone Calls Arrangement of Service when RequiredReplacement of Warranty when RequiredSourcing of Vehicles for Friends and Family when Required (ask about the bonus!)General Customer Care
